I have an undergraduate degree in music education (from the US) and would like to get a graduate degree in secondary education from an institution in the UK. Which one(s) is/are considered the best for secondary education?

I am looking for a job in administration, but I have no previous experience in this area. What is the best job site for administration jobs in the UK? I also wouldn’t mind work as a receptionist or a secretary.
